The data processed will vary at each time depending on the service contract.

When the data is collected by means of a form, the requested information is mandatory except for those questions marked with an asterisk (*) that are voluntary. In the case of not answering the mandatory fields, GAONA ABOGADOS reserves the right not to process incomplete applications.

PORPUSE CONSERVATION
Development, fulfilment and execution of the contract. In case of data collected during the contractual relationship, for the provision of the agreed services, these data will be kept until the end of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, during the legally required periods.
Customer Service and to give answer to information request. We will treat your data for as long as necessary to meet your request.
The data collected in information request forms, will be kept during one year since the last communication and, subsequently, or when needed during the legally required periods.
Marketing y envío de newsletter. The data collected for commercial purposes is retained until the interested party requests its deletion or revocation of the consent granted.
We will treat your data until you unsubscribe or cancel your subscription to the newsletter.
Management of candidates in selection processes. For candidate management purposes we will keep your data for one year.

 

Which are your rights?
